Hard to believe it, but there’s been over a thousand posts on the blog since it first started in this incarnation. The wayback machine shows many past attempts at a blog, but this particular run has lasted since February 1, 2005, when all I was concerned about blogging about was the status of Gentoo related thoughts and problems. I’ve tried more than a few things with the blog since then until finally settling on it being a resting place for some of my thoughts (though twitter gets the bulk of those) and commentary on my attempts at writing, and in recent years, reviewing fiction.
To celebrate a thousand plus posts, and because of things that will be revealed in my next post, I’m giving notice that there will be a book give away post coming up in the next few days, so stay tuned!
