I know, it’s been a while since I had any Constitutional Law classes, but I would swear that the decision by the Virginia State Elections Board to ban wearing buttons or T-Shirts violates a First Amendment right, doesn’t it? I know, if you wear politically charged material and make a scene, you enter into the realm of disrupting the peace, but to just go about your business wearing a pin and “get reported” seems ludicrous to me.
