Readingocalypse – the final days of 2012

Bookshelves I didn’t set out for the final days of 2012 to be a marathon reading session, but its shaping up that way. I had a few books on hand that I’d read 30-40% of, and with a slight break in other work, now seemed like the best time to catch up. That’s really the only way to explain how I finished Theft of Swords followed by Seeds of Humanity in just two days. Unfortunately, I’m starting to get ahead of myself, and I’m not sure where to turn to next. I’d rather not start something new, but I don’t have much else to crack into. There are three days left in the year, which should be just enough time – any suggestions out there for a book I should read before the year ends? You know my tastes if you read this blog, and let’s hypothetically say budget doesn’t matter so long as its available on Kindle or a comparable, DRM free service.

Otherwise its going to be comics and writing short fiction, and we all know what that means.
