g-cpan-0.14.0-rc1

in the tree by now. please post any feedback or bugs found. New features include:

* Better dep checking. If the author of the module mentions a dep in either the META.yml, Build.PL, or generated Makefile, we’ll catch it now.
* Fallback to using /var/tmp/g-cpan for building if possible. I was trying to make this more mature, so this change was to get write activity outside of the running user’s home directory. Let me know how that works out for you.
* Support for more emerge options (-B, -b, -a, -p off the top of my head)
* Upgrade should work a touch better now
* Better MYCPAN file – the old way wasn’t correctly filling in your proxy information, for example.

I’ll bet there was something else, but that should be enough to whet your appetites. Let me know through the usual channels, that’s why this is an rc1 and not a full tilt release 🙂
