relocating @INC

i’m puzzling over some of the implication so of this thread on p5p – mostly how does it affect gentoo, can it add anything (or detract) from what we do now, etc.. Seems like it would help correct some of the pathing issues a sandbox imposes, but i’m also a little disturbed by nick’s comments here about libperl – though it obviously confirms that the hassle of a perl upgrade isn’t of our own making in gentoo, just the price for being able to upgrade one component on your box out of sync with the rest (vs. the more static .deb and .rpm world where you would update a set of packages all at once anyway).
