I’m having one of those days. Today, I keep thinking now is the time to start work on a self help book, the working title being “So you want to be an Evil Genius…”. Partially comic, partially not, a self help guide to losing weight and toning both your physical and mental acuity. So, chapters that weave between your options for cardio, and introductory experimental physics.Yay? Nay?
