It totally rocks… it beats a laptop on vacations and trips where you’ll have wifi.
It’s lighter and a heck of a lot more portable than a laptop but can do many of the same things (email, www, even ssh). The only drawback is getting used to “typing” with a stylus but the way I see it that’s a tradeoff for the extreme pocket portability. Also it installs some things in an odd location (ssh is under /var somewhere) and doesn’t stick that in your path by default.
And it’s Linux, you can’t beat that!
I should have upgraded the os on it for you first, I’ve been meaning to do that for a while now.
