Wait, I know her!

Let me start by saying Mirenda doesn’t know I’m doing this.

Mirenda and I were friends in High School. Just about the only other person I knew reading Heinlein at the time (Stranger in a Strange Land was her favorite as I recall). I remember MJ being “into” singing (choir, the like), but never really paid it much attention. I was, after all, at my core still a guy in High School. As High School wrapped up and we all set off on our separate roads, I lost touch with MJ pretty quickly.

Fast forward sixteen (16?!?!) years, and along come these social media internet apps, and wouldn’t you know it I find my old friend? Only, now she’s living in Ireleand and singing with a voice I barely recognize. Don’t believe me?
