OK, just a few quick things that caught my eye tonight…
True, untrue, doesn’t matter – being a fan of the Fiddler on the Roof and Lovecraft, I found this note on boing boing to be fabulously hilarious…just to repeat/quote:

OK, also gleamed today, kde devs are putting up (semi-) live screenshots of their desktops as they work. Cool if your ever curious what a kde dev’s kde desktop would look like…
South Korea to begin watching border with six legged robots patrolling – yikes. Never mind what the farksters had to say on that one…
And in the yikes category – apparently the makers of World of Warcraft made it too real, too adaptable, as a virus runs rampant killing off the online player avatars (yep, you read that right – wonder what Stephenson has to say on the subject, or even Williams come to think of it (those are authors of books that dealt with similar topics in case you’re link tired like me).
OK, enough for me for now. Never mind the time stamp on the clock, this dog is tired…
